T The goals of the lab course are: (1) to gain first-hand knowledge of biomolecular NMR spectroscopy, (2) to gain experience in the data acquisition, processing, assignment and analysis of NMR spectroscopy, (3) to be acquainted with the state-of-the-art methodologies for studying protein structure and dynamics in solution state using experimental data in combination with molecular dynamics simulations.
